Hall's cornmeal is stone ground from whole grain, white corn. Our fine cornmeal has a slightly courser texture that is created by adjusting the mill stone during the grinding process. All of our cornmeal is great for preparing cornbread, but we also like to use the fine textured cornmeal for making a delicious pizza crust.
